High-low Voltage Current Transformer Ratio Tester is a new electric checking
device for high voltage measurement users. It is able to test the ratio and po-
larity of measurement device electric transformer with voltage of 10KV or less
under the condition of not stop electricity and not change wire connection. So
that it is able to effectively avoid high voltage measurement users changing t-
he current transformer or changing its nameplate or changing polarity of second
wire with the purpose to use electricity illegally.
